how can i make money online or legitimate work from home job?

i ran into many scam online site… but i trying to give a another shot, since the economy still in a hole sore of speak, and jobs that do want to hire are low paying job… is there any hope for me?
fyi: my strong skill is my artist writing: like songs, poetry, story, and etc. if that helps

there is no such thing as "work at home " JOBS – jobs pay you an hourly wage for productive work, require you to fill out a W-4 and I-9 as well as other new hire paperwork, withhold and pay income and social security taxes and pay into the state unemployment system based on your wages and give you a W-2 at the end of each year. – none of those "online/work at home" situations do that

I have gotten money by using cashcrate but then i quit because it takes too long and you get spammed.. i think i probably have over 2000 spam emails on my second email account..

I am from india and I know that there are very few trusted websites for indians to earn money online.
As most of the websites are reserved only for US and UK citizens and also require registration of PayPal or credit cards.
